Eladi

‘Eladi’ is a large group of herbs including cardamom, cinnamon, guggul and myrrh.  The group was identified in the Ayurvedic Texts for balancing kapha and vata conditions.

Eladi Thailam:  This soothing blend of 23 herbs in a coconut base supports the health of the skin, particularly conditions related to pitta and the immune system*.

This is used traditionally in Ayurveda to treat pitta related allergies of the skin such as eczema.

[blockquote-right cite=”Practicioner, Kauai”]I personally had a recent dermatitis flair up. I used Eladi Oil which has a soothing coconut base and cooling effect.  The inflammation and irritation immediately reduced and after two weeks of daily local application the skin is completely healed.[/blockquote-right]

Related products: Eladi Choornam, a similar blend of herbs but in the form of powder.
